Our Mission
Jace's Journey works to eliminate disparities in maternal and infant health through education, advocacy, community engagement, stillbirth prevention and compassionate pregnancy-loss support.
Jace's Journey transforms the love and legacy of Jace Alexander into action — working to prevent stillbirth, improve maternal and infant health, empower families, and provide compassionate support after pregnancy and infant loss.
Jace's Journey was created in honor of Jace Alexander and from a deeply personal understanding that families deserve better — better information, better support, better care and better outcomes.
What began in grief has grown into a movement rooted in prevention, education, advocacy and compassionate support. We work alongside families, birth workers, healthcare professionals, community organizations and advocates to help create meaningful change in maternal and infant health.
At the center of everything we do is a simple belief: every family deserves to be heard, informed, supported and treated with compassion.
Jace Alexander is the heart of Jace's Journey. After losing Jace to stillbirth and surviving a life-threatening maternal health crisis, our family was forever changed.
Our experience revealed how urgently families need information, compassionate care, meaningful support and a healthcare system that listens and responds when something is wrong.
We chose to carry Jace's name forward by helping other families. Today, his legacy fuels work in stillbirth prevention, maternal health, education, advocacy and pregnancy-loss support.
We connect prevention, education, support and advocacy so families are better equipped before, during and after pregnancy.
